Admission

Every applicant must submit the following items:

  1. A non-refundable application fee of Kshs. 2,500.
  2. Photocopies of school records: KCSE result slip, diplomas, transcripts or their equivalent. Originals of these and the national ID card must be presented at the time of initial registration on the reporting day.
  3. Two recent passport size photographs (with your name printed on the back of each). To be submitted on the reporting date
  4. A fully completed student application form (e.g. responses to all questions and essays) with all the required supporting forms and documents including:.
  5. A signed statement of sponsorship indicating how fees will be paid Emergency contact form completed and signed
  6. Medical form filled out by a certified physician or clinical officer, dated and signed.

Application Process

Registration​

This process is where a student submits personal details, academic qualifications and supporting documents to apply for a specific course. Kindly note only fully completed application form will be considered for the desired intake.

Admission Review and Decision

The process involves the college reviewing the application, evaluates academic records and other criteria, then either accepts, rejects, or waitlists the student.

Enrollment and Course Registration

The applicant shall also be sent an admission letter indicating class schedule and invoice for the subsequent fee payments.

  • September 16, 2024 :
    Deadline for applicants to submit application and application fee. Commencement of The Trimester.
  • November 9, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. :
    Macmillan Technical College will hold an Open day. The venue will be communicated as soon as possible. Parents and aspiring students are encouraged to attend.
  • November 15, 2019 :
    Commencement of a new trimester

Don't be afraid to apply. I never thought I’d even get into Macmillan Technical Collage. But I got in, and with a financial aid. Without it, I wouldn’t be here.
